"I was very nervous about having my hip replaced, but Dr. Trevor Scott and all the staff at Proliance were very kind, patient and encouraged me with proper knowledge on the procedure, along with cheerleading when I needed it. I am a natural redhead and require quite a bit of anesthesia to knock me out; I also struggle HARD to wake up afterwards. Everyone at Proliance were quick to reschedule my procedure in a hospital instead of the clinic to make sure I could recover without pressure to be out in 4-6 hours. They worked with my insurance and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. I live with my 81 year old father who couldn’t help me physically move around for the first 24 hours, so Proliance again went above and beyond to work with my insurance to keep me over night at Overlake Hospital to make sure I was safe while navigating that first 24 hours.
